questions asked frequently.

what are your theological views?

That is a vital question that is hard to answer succinctly. The statement of faith from EFCA aligns with our understanding of Scripture and who God is and how/why He loves us. See that statement here.

what can someone expect when signing up for coaching?

We start with a covenant that is mutually agreed to. You can see the covenant here. Then we share our stories to learn about each other and build trust. This also helps identify what expectation gaps might exist which helps drive the coaching experience.

is coaching the same thing as counseling?

No, it is not. There might be some similarities, but you are receiving care from a pastor who wants to disciple you through your specific expectation gap, not a licensed therapist. Expect to get specific feedback on how you are responding to what is hard in your life.
